In each Classified_LAS directory you will find a set of county directories, one for each county the data covers. The data was originally delivered mixed together in the Classified_LAS directory. I broke it out into individual files and re-generated the indexes. To restore the data to its state when it left the USGS, move the las files from the county/las directory into the Classified_LAS directory and delete the county directories. THe WD Drive has an edge-tiles directory. These tiles border at least one county. These tiles have been copied into the directory of each county they intersect so if you merge all the lasfiles together, there will be many duplicates. Separating all the files by county was kind of a pain so I thought I would leave it that way in case the next person needed everything separated.
